We are food enthusiasts, travellers, and explorers at heart. Different countries, cultures, people, and traditions have always inspired us, and food has been one of the most beautiful ways to connect with them. Every journey taught us something new — a flavour, a technique, a story, or simply the joy of sitting together around a table.

Although our journey has taken us to many places, our hearts have always belonged to Italy. Italian food, with its warmth, simplicity, and passion, became our greatest inspiration. Learning from Italian chef Salvatore de Micco at Cajo in Sardinia helped us understand the true beauty of pizza: it is not about being complicated — it is about quality, care, and taste.

Now, our passion has finally come to life.
